I would've liked to taste this. Bet it was pretty rich. You inspired me to make banana bread last night, too. The recipe made with almond meal. It's pretty good, too.
Next time i make it, i'll forgo the peanut butter topping. TOO sweet. I need to post the recipe soon... i used Splenda brown sugar in it!
